The Experimental Blogger
It all started last summer as an experiment and little did we expect to be where we are today. The idea of starting a blog was introduced by my wife on a lazy summer afternoon. One idea and how it can contribute to your happiness!
Although alluring, the idea gave me goosebumps as well. Writing for yourself or a very limited audience of friends and family was all that mattered back then. But venturing into public domain came with its own set of rules and expectations. I knew a blogger was supposed to be well aware of his/her content and needed to be balanced in approach. Limitations of a different kind got imposed, more voluntarily than forcefully.
One Life To Dream
Struggling to find our feet, we mutually decided to go with the flow, one step at a time. Had it not been for you wonderful people and some really genuine and selfless friends from the community, we would have lost the cause mid-way itself. Frustration and patience go hand in hand. We have had our moments too and believe me it feels special now having gone through the grind. From being aimless to watching our first eBook getting published, life has been both demanding as well as rewarding.
And here we are, an year old in this world of blogging, a little less scared and a little more accomplished (just a little). The journey so far has been both bitter and sweet. Moments of anxiety, being lost, experimenting with the content, pouring our soul into it, days of zero progress and finally finding our feet.

Finding Our Feet
A blogger primarily craves for all the appreciation and recognition thrown their way and everything else comes next. To add some bling to the occasion I was bestowed upon by one such reward by a fellow blogger in regards to a competition held for her blog anniversary.
A prolific writer herself, I am sure Vartika must have had some wonderful experiences in her journey with vartikasdiary too, which proudly turns one as well. Our heartiest wishes and cheers to her for many more milestones to be achieved.
Having said that, this isn’t a conclusion but a beginning. A new world of opportunities and bonds of admiration, respect and trust. We feel humbled by the love and support we have received and gratitude and humility is what we choose for us to keep.
Thank you everyone once again for making this journey enjoyable and let’s make the best of this life we’ve been gifted.
Till then keep SMILING and LIVE some more while you can, for there’ll be plenty of time to drag on!
